Shiatsu, a traditional Japanese therapy, literally means finger pressure and is a similar to accupressure.

It includes a wide range of techniques, varying from gentle supportive holding to more dynamic stretching and pressure , using thumbs, palms, knees & feet. Shiatsu stimulates the body’s own innate healing power by balancing and harmonizing its vital energy. (Chi and Ki).

Shiatsu helps the mind & body to relax on a very deep level, releasing stress & tension, strengthening the immune system and improving vitality.
