Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy

is the application of hypnotic techniques in such a way as to bring about therapeutic changes. An external influence - the Therapist - assists in activating the inner resources of a person - the Client - in order to achieve realistic goals.

When we say we are in two minds we are often being more truthful than we realise.

We do indeed have two minds - a conscious mind which reasons, decides and acts rationally and a subconscious mind which re-acts automatically to a pre-set programme.

If that programme is convenient within our lifestyle then there is no problem, but if the programme is now no longer relevant then it causes us problems and the programme needs to be changed.

Hypnotherapy can guide you to solutions to your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual fulfilment.

The following list is an example of some of the problems which may be helped by hypnosis - it is by no means exhaustive:

Agoraphobia, anxiety, panic attacks, bedwetting, blushing, claustrophobia, compulsions, examination nerves, fear of failure, grief, unwelcome habits, indecision, inferiority complex, infertility, inhibitions, insecurity, insomnia, jealousy, lack of confidence and self esteem, difficulty in learning, concentration and studying, marital relationships, migraine, nail biting, nightmares, overeating, pain control, phobias, pregnancy and childbirth, public speaking, fear of rejection, shyness, smoking, improved performance, fear of travel, sexual problems.
