Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the systematic use of essential oils in Holistic treatments to improve physical and emotional well-being. It is particularly good for treating stress-related disorders, but can assist in relieving the symptoms of many chronic conditions. Some people use Aromatherapy as a preventative measure to maintain good health. Most Aromatherapy is done through massage and your practitioner will assess if this is appropriate for you.
