Renting Rooms for Workshops, Courses and Groups

If you wish to run a Workshop, Course or Group at the Centre you may contact Reception to check if a date is available, but a booking can only be confirmed by payment of a deposit.

Room Rent is available either as a Non-Member or Member
Non-Members may display promotional material in the Centre for forthcoming workshops, courses or groups being held at the Trinity Centre for one month prior to the event only.
Members receive discounted room rates and on-going promotion in the reception area and the website of events offered at the Centre.
Members shall agree to a minimum room hire which shall be at least 4 full day workshop bookings per year or 10 weekly group/course bookings (minimum one and a half hour session) per year and a marketing fee of £15 per month.
Membership Fee
If you wish to become a Member we require the names of two referees and £50 prior to commencement.
Certificates of Qualifications and Insurance
Not all Workshops, Courses and Groups require evidence of qualifications, but where applicable we require copies of all relevant certificates of qualification and professional indemnity insurance.
The Trinity Centre (Colchester) Ltd carries Public Liability insurance.
