There are times in most people's lives when we might feel we could benefit from talking to someone. I offer an opportunity for you to explore your concerns in a safe, confidential and non judgemental setting. I am a degree qualified counsellor. My private practice is based at the Trinity Centre in Colchester town centre. I also work for CARA (The centre for action on rape and abuse). Working mainly from a person centred approach, I will offer you a therapeutic relationship where you will be met with warmth, honesty and a genuine commitment to understanding you and helping you to explore your difficulties. I am a member of the BACP and work in accordance with their guidelines. I have experience with all sorts of emotional difficulties, particularly lesbian, gay and bisexual issues, rape and abuse, bereavement and relationship issues.

Fiona has also had over 10 years experience in health and fitness helping people to achieve amazing changes in the quality of their lives
In this time Fiona has been lucky enough to work with many high profile clients including Bryan Ferry, Mel C of the spice girls, Pop Idol Winner Michelle McManus and professional sportsmen such as Colchester United Football Club and Bristol Rugby team.
