About Us

Our mission statement
The Trinity Centre is a group of people using their skills and beliefs working together in harmony at creating a special place where others can find peace and healing and learn about their body, mind and soul.

What is Complementary Medicine?
Complementary medicine is a general term for a variety of therapies which follow the holistic principle that our health is intimately connected with the balance of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Complementary therapies can be used alongside orthodox medicine or on their own as necessary. They aim to improve health in two principle ways:

• Therapeutic techniques and remedies which help to stimulate the body’s own natural healing ability
to restore good health.
• Self-help techniques which can help in developing a clearer awareness of how, for example, stress
may affect our health and well-being, and help us to approach daily life in a calmer and more relaxed
way.

What does The Trinity Centre offer?
Many people today feel life is becoming more and more stressful with the demands of work, money, personal relationships and the pace of life as a whole steadily increasing. All these factors can take a heavy toll on our health. Increasingly people are feeling that they would like to have more control over their lives if only they knew how, and are looking for ways to help themselves.

The team of qualified, registered and insured practitioners at The Trinity Centre offer a wide choice of therapies to help restore the vitality of good health and well-being.

Our Receptionists and therapists at the Centre will be happy to give you advice about which therapy might be most suitable for you and your particular needs and interests. You can ring or email the Centre for advice, or contact practitioners directly if you would like more specific advice about their particular area of expertise. You can also visit our health guide pages for further information.
